HOW TO GET YOUR BEST FRIEND TO ADMIT THAT HE MIGHT BE FALLING FOR YOU

Steps

1.  
   Briefly look at him every so often. If he's already looking a lot, then he's definitely interested in some way. Obviously this works better in a large roomful of people.
    
2. See how he acts around other girls. If he is just as flirtatious and friendly then he may just be playing the field a bit. If he is clearly reserving something special for you, it's a direct hit.
3.  
   Intentionally do something that would be potentially upsetting to you (it doesn't have to be real...falling over 'accidentally' is even good enough,) and pretend to be upset about it. If he is at your shoulder for the rest of the day, well, you know...
4.  
   Tease him. If he teases back, tease him more...it'll just keep building up...
5.  
   Smile at him, if he smiles back, grin, etc...once again it'll build up. This with step 4 is also a good way to get a guy to notice you ;)

   Talk about who you like (assuming that you kinda like this guy/girl too). If he keeps on asking questions like, "How would you react if I did this to you...," then there's a possibility that he wants to know how you'll react to him doing something a little more personal with you.

   Ask him who he likes, because usually best friends always tell their best friends who they like. If he doesn't tell you, or if he's acting kind of embarrassed, that's an obvious sign right there. :D Just keep acting innocent. For example, say something like "Please? We're best friends. You know I won't tell anyone." and don't get mad if he wont tell you.

   If you do like him, try reversing the strategys listed to show you like him.

   Tell him that you might be intrested in him and talk to him in private.

    

Not Dropping False Hints

1.  
   Look to see if he's looking at you every few minutes. If he's always looking at you, he might like you.

   If you guys are in a group, walk a little ahead of them. If he follows you or walks faster to be next to you, he might like you.
3.  
   Get someone to ask him who he likes. Preferably, one of the people in your group.
4.  
   Ask other people that hang out with you guys if they've noticed any signs of him liking you

Tips

• These are just a few things you can do. Don't worry if none of them works, it doesn't mean it's not right. In terms of the requester, you should know what he's like when he likes you. Look for old signs again!
• If all of this isn't working, try speaking to him about it! Guys are human, and they'll tell the outright truth. If they don't, they're not worth it love.
• Drop hints that you may like him too! Just subtle hints, and don't make a big deal out of them.

Warnings

• Don't do any of these steps if you don't like him back. You'll just be getting his hopes up that you like him back.
• Don't get your hopes up too high, just in case he really isn't falling for you.
• Don't discuss too much with mutual friends, as this may embarrass him and can put others in a difficult position.
• Many of these methods can mean simple crushes, so you never know when he will totally turn away.
